Capacity Building of People’s Institution
Any Project requires level of individual involvement in identification, planning and implementation of the work in a meaningful manner. This is only possible through continuous capacity building processes such as training, handholding and mentoring based on their level of requirement and capability.
PAN team assesses the requirement for capacity building and customizes the training, technical handhold training, organizing meetings etc. at various levels for the Institutions.
Training Imparted: –
PAN Imparted hands-on training on GIS software to the officials of Royal Govt. of Bhutan & Ramkrishna Mission Loka Shiksha Parishad, CCBP (SUDA, Government of West Bengal & Jharkhand).
PAN has given training on Application of GIS & remote Sensing with NABARD for watershed development.
PAN imparted training on SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) to the Councillors & Personnel of Titagarh Municipality, West Bengal.
PAN imparted INRM (Integrated Natural Resource Management) training to BDOs, & BPOs of Jharkhand Govt.
Housing for All by 2022, ULB Training.

Hands on GIS Training to ULBs of West Bengal under PMAY Scheme in SUDA.
